Cadet is limited to beer and wine for Happy Hour, but they do offer salad and paninis. You'll find them tucked back a bit from the street with lots of outdoor seating as well as indoor space. Indoors you'll find tables, but also a large bar in case you want to do tastings. Cadet offerings range "from rare Champagne and California wines, to beer in a can and grilled cheese..." and they tout themselves as having a place for everyone. Their Happy Hour is called the "Power Hour" which includes 50% off wines by the glass and draft beers (no discounts for food).
